The aim and objective of setting up a Pathshala (Educational Centre) is to keep the under privileged children of the locality motivated to remain in the formal education process, by extending additional coaching to them, free of cost, in a way they understand. Children, from the marginalised society who normally resign to their fate, due to extreme poverty, but otherwise talented are urged to join in this Pathshala.

This is one of the verticals under the NGBM Foundation, wherein children are trained regularly under the guidance of educated and trained teachers, who also understands their psychology. This is a fully free educational venture wherein; no fees are taken from the students. Apart from bookish education, they are also exposed to co-curricular activities in the domain of sports and culture. The result is quite visible and satisfactory.

This venture had started in the year 2018, however, stopped for some time due to administrative hassles. It picked up again in 2021 with an average students’ strength of 30. During the covid period, the pathshala, worked off and on with full covid precautions as per Govt directions. It helped students immensely, since Govt Schools continued to remain shut for longer periods. This has instilled enough of motivation in the minds of the parents and children of the locality.

Students, Come, Join, Read and Study in your way, under the guidance of trained teachers, up to class eighth. This noble effort is fully funded by the contribution of the members of NGBM Foundation, and it is free for all students.
