This Skill Centre is one of the branches under NGBM Foundation, which aims to uplift economically backward section of the society by empowering them with various skills and crafts. Shri Hari Mohan Bandyopadhyay was the youngest son of Shri Nani Gopal. Hari Mohan in his life time did exhibit tremendous interest in working with local skills. He even at times did depend on these skills to earn his livelihood. This skill centre is formed in his memory.

This skill centre plans to conduct training programs on various fields like Tailoring, Nursing, Computer Education, Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, Poultry, Fisheries, Agriculture etc. The training will be imparted, through short courses, by the qualified experts on the field.

It has been felt that for the needy people of the village the immediate requirement is to financially empower them. With the participation of the villagers this skill centre will certainly bring succour to the needy.
